3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order;

  • Limit quantities;

  • Cancel suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions;

  • Correct pricing or typographical errors.

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

  • Payment must be authorized by your financial institution.

  • We are not liable for currency conversion fees imposed by your bank.

5. SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon transfer of the order to the shipping carrier.

We are not liable for:

  • Carrier delays;

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery;

  • Customs delays or inspections;

  • Force majeure events.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

All trademarks, designs, logos, graphics, text, and content displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Clout Wear Limited.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Where mandatory U.S. consumer protection laws apply, such rights remain unaffected.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally through written communication to:

If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Hong Kong, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
