RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the website operated by Clout Wear Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated in Hong Kong and operating under the brand name Clout Wear.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. ALL SALES SUBJECT TO THIS POLICY
All purchases are final except as expressly provided in this Policy. We reserve the sole discretion to determine eligibility for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We may accept returns of eligible merchandise within 14 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date, provided that:

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged;

All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact;

Proof of purchase is provided;

A return authorization has been issued by us in writing.
Returns sent without prior written authorization will be refused.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are strictly non-returnable:

Final sale items

Discounted or promotional items

Gift cards
-
Customized or made-to-order products

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or misuse
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our inspection standards.
4. INSPECTION & REFUND PROCESS
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the financial institution.
If rejected:

The item may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and must include:

Clear photographic evidence of the product and packaging

Order number

Written description of the issue
Failure to notify us within 48 hours constitutes acceptance of the product as delivered.
6. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to seek resolution.
We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks where:

Delivery confirmation exists;

Fraud indicators are present;

The claim contradicts order or shipping records.
Fraudulent disputes may be reported to payment processors and relevant authorities.
7. LIMITATION
Nothing in this Policy excludes consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
