1. PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing times are estimates and not guarantees.


2. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

United States:

  • Standard: 5–10 business days

  • Express (if offered): 3–7 business days

Delivery dates are estimates only.


3. CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For international shipments, customers are solely responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

Failure to pay customs fees may result in returned or abandoned shipments. No refund will be issued for refused shipments.


4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If tracking confirms delivery, Clout Wear Limited is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers must contact the carrier directly for claims.


5. ADDRESS ERRORS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees.
